| The Keystone board of directors and shareholder team is made up from the following people. This is an outstanding team - consisting of individuals with specialized, complementary skills, who have a track record of innovative product development and successful product commercialization across the medical industry.
 | Logikal Health Products Pty Ltd, a Conformity Assessed (ISO13485:2003) medical device manufacturer, is owned and managed by Ken Logan. Logikal operates clean room facilities for the manufacture of sterile medical products at Morisset, NSW. Ken has vast medical industry experience, developing a diverse array of commercial and hospital contacts over almost 40 years. He has been instrumental in the development of a number of new medical devices both within Logikal and with his previous company, Kal Life Systems, a Melbourne based manufacturer of extracorporeal products. |
 | Nick Wilkinson, CEO, is a proven hands-on executive, with experience in the regulatory development, commercialization and manufacture of medical devices, having built, operated and owned businesses with turnover up to $10m. Nick has a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Textile/Plastics Technology from the UNSW, and has recently sold, Roland Medical, a TGA audited manufacturing company specializing in sterile Surgical/Medical Devices. Nick has joined Keystone to drive product development through commercialization. |
 | 'Newcastle Innovation' owns shares on behalf of the Newcastle University and continues to contribute project management skills, IP management and corporate/investor liaison to Keystone. The NI representative, Chris Kelleher, has gained decades of experience in commercial management roles throughout the manufacturing and health industries - and brings significant benefits to Keystone with his knowledge of the biotechnology industry and government funding initiatives. |
 | Dr Paul Dastoor is the Technical Manager with a PhD in Physics and 15years experience in designing and fabricating scientific instruments within the university environment. Paul has been recognised nationally and internationally with numerous awards (Young Engineer of Great Britain, Sensis Business Ideas Grant), Fellowships (EPSRC Visiting Fellow) and research grants (ARC and Ausindustry). |
 | Ian Clarke is the Technical Officer, responsible for the production of prototypes. He is an experienced machinist and instrument maker with all the essential skills required. Ian has been producing prototype instruments for more than 10 years in his role as Technical Officer at the Newcastle University. |
 | Angus Taylor is currently head of e-Merge Medical a Sydney based Medical device sales and marketing organization. Angus has a Science Degree, a Marketing Degree, and more than 16 years experience in Laboratory & Biosciences. Prior to establishing e-Merge Medical, Angus was a Director of Tuta Laboratories a leading manufacturer of Intravenous and Blood Banking products. |
